The Coach

Nick Littlehales an International professional sports sleeping recovery coach, is regarded as the leading industry expert with over twenty five years experience in the world of sleep, sleeping habits, and product design. With over ten years dedicated to elite athletes and the world of professional sport.

He has been responsible for many of the innovative products, services and techniques used in the market place today. A former International Sales and Marketing Director of the Slumberland Group and Chairman of the UK Sleep Council, he has also conducted many practical and clinical research projects into the varied (and sometimes crazy) sleeping habits, concerns, environments and products encountered by the modern day sleeper.

His unique and passionate approach is endorsed and recommended by the leading professionals throughout the world of sport and now plays an ever increasing role in many major sporting events, coaching new techniques to maximize sleeping recovery performance mentally and physically.

It all started with professional football and the national squad in 1989 and then my local club Manchester United in 1999. Since then I have been involved with many leading premiership clubs, the national squad again at Euro 2004, cup finals as well as a few celebrities.

Even a few bizarre media moments along the way like appearing on "ready steady cook" he has the green pepper apron to prove it.

"In recent years, recovery management in sport has become an even more important issue to protect performance. My client base now is far more varied providing new experiences and knowledge all the time and now includes, professional football, cricket, rugby, cycling, triathlon and Olympic athletes across many disciplines on a growing international basis. The work I do is somewhat unique but the reward I get is experiencing the immediate benefits an athlete discovers from some very simple and practical changes"
